Gunfire Outside Salman Khan’s Mumbai Residence

Early this morning, shots were fired outside the Mumbai residence of Bollywood actor Salman Khan, police reported. Two unidentified men on a motorcycle fired five rounds before fleeing the scene. Mumbai Police suspects the involvement of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, with the shooters being approximately 5 feet and 8 inches tall.

Police collected DVRs from CCTV cameras capturing the suspects, who used a foreign pistol in the attack. One bullet hit Khan’s apartment on the first floor. Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde contacted Khan after the incident. Last year, the National Investigation Agency identified Khan as a top target for the Bishnoi gang due to his 1998 black buck hunting incident, leading to increased security measures.
