As much as we were excited about Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s wedding, we were equally excited about their wedding anniversary. In fact, we’re always excited whenever they’re spotted together and especially when they’re being real, cute and silly! *Hehe*
Last week the love birds celebrated their blissful year of marriage and certainly not how we had expected them to celebrate it. Yeah, you must be thinking they must’ve celebrated it in the most extravagant way but not really.
On their anniversary, they chose to visit the Tirumala Tirupati Temple to receive God’s divine blessings. In case you missed out, here’s what happened!

However, on that very day, while walking towards the Venkateswara Temple, a fan’s video went viral when they were visiting the temple. The fan was heard expressing his love for Deepika to which she responded with a smile. But this wasn’t all. He later said, “I love you, bhaiyya” to Ranveer and Deepika promptly replied, “but you love me more!”. And a cheer of laughter filled the air. Also, Deepika warned Ranveer to not steal her fan! Haha.

Also, the duo looked absolutely breathtaking. In short, they once again looked like a bride and groom on the anniversary! Deepika was draped in a beautiful red saree by Sabyasachi which was gifted to her by her mother-in-law. Whereas, Ranveer looked dapper (as always) in his beige sherwani and completed his look by wearing a red shawl that matched Deepika’s saree.
Coming back to the video! Deepika Padukone’s humble attitude has always been loved by her fans and that is why they love her to bits. Oh and Ranveer too. How she adores her fans can be clearly seen in her video.
Well, the Padmavat diva is not only possessive about her husband, Ranveer but also her fans! And well, the video proves it.
If we talk about their professional lives and their current projects, we’ll get to see the lovebirds in a movie together! Deepika and Ranveer will be starring together on screen in Kabir Khan’s 83. The story revolves around the inspiring win of India’s first-ever cricket World Cup in 1983. In the movie, Ranveer Singh will play Kapil Dev, who led the team to the famous victory, while Deepika is set to play his wife, Romi.
