Dilip Kumar’s Bandra Bungalow-Turned-Apartment Sold for Rs 155 Crore

A triplex apartment in the building where Dilip Kumar’s Bandra bungalow once stood has been sold for Rs 155 crore. The apartment, measuring 9,527.21 sq ft, was sold by Blackrock and bought by Apco Infratech Private Limited.

According to SquareFeatIndia, the triplex spans the 9th, 10th, and 11th floors. The cost per square foot is about Rs 1.62 lakh, with a stamp duty of Rs 9.30 crore paid for registration.

Last year, Dilip Kumar’s family agreed with Ashar Group to develop a luxury residential project on the Pali Hill plot, previously home to the actor’s bungalow. This project includes a museum on the ground floor, dedicated to Dilip Kumar’s life and legacy, with a separate entrance for visitors.
